• Claims for defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Gift Cards

• Digital Gift Cards are available and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Unused balances remain available until exhausted or expiry.
