At Bobbiny South Africa, we want your creative journey to start as quickly as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:
In-Stock Items
- Orders for items in stock are packed and shipped within 2 working days.
- We use The Courier Guy for reliable, door-to-door delivery across South Africa.
- Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 1–3 working days, depending on your location.
Items Not in Stock
- If an item is not currently in stock, we’ll order it directly from Bobbiny in Poland.
- Your items should arrive in South Africa within 7 working days.
- As soon as they reach us, we’ll dispatch your order following our standard process for in-stock items.
Order Updates
You’ll receive email updates at every step of the process, so you’ll always know where your order is.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
Important Note
All queries related to deliveries, orders, or products in South Africa should be directed to Bobbiny South Africa.
We are the official distributor and are fully responsible for distribution, customer service, and support within South Africa. The Bobbiny manufacturer in Poland does not handle any South African order queries.
