Refund and Returns
At Bobbiny ZA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to assist you.
Return Period
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
– The items are unused and in their original packaging
– The condition is resalable
– Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
– Cut yarn or custom orders
– Sale or clearance items
– Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange an exchange. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
– A clear photo of the product
– Your order number
Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed via PayFast within 7 to 10 business days
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item)
– We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking to ensure safe delivery
How to Initiate a Return
